How I work
Context before content — in the process too
This is not a programme with modules. It is a confidential series of conversations where we map your context, test things in your reality and collect what actually works for you.
Step 01
You write to me
Send me a short description of who you are as a human, where you are in your career, and which challenges, problems and opportunities you consistently run into. Add a quick summary of the personal development areas that have your interest right now.
Step 02
We meet online
A conversation where we find out if we are a match. Chemistry and trust are the precondition for everything else — if it is not there, I will say so honestly. Asking costs nothing.
Step 03
We map the context
Together we find out what is actually pressing you — not what you usually answer. What drains, what recharges, which patterns repeat, and who are you when you are the best version of yourself?
Step 04
We test things
We pick the two or three models that fit you and try them out in your everyday life between conversations. Not theory — experiments with something at stake.
A session, step by step
What happens when we sit down together?
I keep a fairly fixed structure. Not for the sake of form, but because it is how I make sure you leave every single conversation with something worth taking with you.
Four phases
01
We check in on the whole human
Not “how are the KPIs”. How are you — including the parts of your life that are not in the calendar. This is where we find out what the conversation should actually be about.
02
We pick up since last time
What happened when you tried things out in reality? We look deliberately for the learnings that can be added to your personal rosetta stone.
03
The theme of the day
Maybe you bring it with you. Maybe we identify it together along the way. Most of the time sits here, and this is where we go deep.
04
Wrap-up and homework
We pull the threads together and you take something home — often an exercise in a specific tool or model to try before next time.
What you keep
Your personal rosetta stone
The stone is the essence of your human context — what you have learned about yourself that actually holds.
The Rosetta Stone was what made an unreadable language readable. Yours works the same way, only inwards: the learnings about yourself that we have tested and found to hold — chiselled in, one line at a time.
We do not write good advice into it. Only what you have validated in your own everyday life. That is why it still holds long after we have stopped talking.
Example — every stone looks different
My view of humans — what all the work rests on
- —We are pulsating creatures, not steady machines
- —Feelings and emotions play a big role in how we behave and live
- —We are born curious — many of us have just forgotten how to use it
- —We have a deep need for social connection
- —Keeping yourself resourced is more complex and surprising than you think
- —We are biological creatures — and our priorities change as we age
Practical
- —1:1, online or in Aarhus
- —Regular conversations — typically every other week
- —Everything stays between us. No reporting, no agenda but yours
- —A limited number of engagements at a time
